Our Dietitians work with individuals and groups to improve eating habits and address the nutritional needs of people with complex health problems ( such as dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and obesity) to improve health outcomes.
Our Dietitians are Certified Diabetes Educators who offer both individual consultations and group classes focused on understanding and managing diabetes to promote healthy living and prevent diabetes-related complications.

Injection technique for insulin as well as other injectable diabetes medications
- Insulin start and adjustment
- Glucometer teaching
- Application of glucose sensors and interpretation of the CGM reports

Our Social Workers are regulated and trained healthcare professionals.
As part of the interdisciplinary team, they support individuals affected by mental health via psychotherapy (i.e. cognitive behavioural therapy), by providing resources, and connecting to community programs. Types of supports may include the following:

Our Chiropodists specialize in the recognition, assessment, treatment and ongoing care of the foot. They are extensively trained to help patients eliminate foot pain and maintain healthy feet.
A Chiropodist may perform the following:
- Diabetic foot assessments and wound care
- Treating corns, calluses, nail abnormalities, etc.
- Ingrown toe-nail surgeries
