Target Audience: Seniors at risk of falls; Older adults experiencing
isolation; Caregivers supporting seniors.

Encourages independence and safety at home; Builds ongoing care
relationships.

Schedule / Format: 4 week progressive series; 60 minutes per session;
Quarterly; Hybrid delivery.
