Dementia & Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support – Weston

Target Audience: Family members and unpaid caregivers; New or long-
term caregivers.

Key Benefits: Reduces isolation and stress; Provides emotional support;
Shares tools and resources; Rotates topics for diverse needs.

Facilitators: Social Workers, Nurses.

Schedule/Format Highlights (Rotating): 60 minutes per class; 3 rotating topics (weekly); Every other month; Hybrid (in-person & Zoom).

  • Thursdays (Weston): 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Mondays (Dixon): 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

With our patients’ health in mind, we offer FREE programs, services and classes.  The aim is to promote, prevent and educate our patients (and community members) in a safe and caring environment, lead by our Health Care Professionals.  Many of these programs are designed to move you forward in your health care journey.

You do not need to be a patient to attend any of these free classes. Everyone is welcome to attend
